Nobody is talking about the next step in the government’s [...]

Nobody is talking about the next step in the government’s plan to start collecting the money needed to pay for the OBAMA programs. The government’s collection agency is called the IRS and they have total control to take now and ask questions later.

Story #1: A property that a grandfather passed down through a trust for his great-grand kids. The property was sold in March and the parents of the kids were informed a couple of days before April 15th that the tax that will be due one (10 year from then had to be pre-paid right away. Not knowing what to pay the parents over-paid the tax by $75,000.00 and estimated the capital gains tax to be $150,000.00 and the check was written right away so the pre-paid tax payment word not be late.

In the haste and confusion to pay the bill on time, and during a blizzard in April the check to pre-pay the tax on-time (a year early). A mistake was made and the check used was not funded, so another check for the correct back account was mailed right away to not be late in paying.

The IRS charged “bounced check penalty” of $3,000.00, they took it right out of the refund check! The penalty was discovered because the refund of the overpaid taxes was reduced by $3,000.00. If a bank charged a $3,000.00 bank fee for a bounced check, the government regulators would probably shut them down, but the IRS is untouchable.

Story #2: A friend who wanted to true-up with the government for some bad years that he could not afford to file a tax return. So he contacted an accountant to make good with the IRS. After the paid accountant submitted his tax returns, the IRS, seized his back account, took all of his life savings that was over $100,000.00 for retirement and garnished his wages to pay for the Outrageous penalties and interest that left him with nothing!!! No payment plan, No money to live on!

Story #3: A middle-aged woman began to cry as she explained to the teller about her IRS encounter: “I thought the IRS would work out a payment plan and leave me something to live on…. But the left me with NOTHING!!!” She was sobbing as she had nothing left after the IRS stepped into her life.

Tax evaders should be brought to justice, but so should the illegal aliens and the people who employ them, but remember the real problem in the first place: TAXES ARE TOO HIGH!!! People cannot afford to pay the out of control taxes, and people cannot afford to spend the money on accountants and bookkeepers just to figure out HOW to pay all the taxes.

Real Stories from hard working people who can’t afford the high taxes, I bet there are thousands of stories about people getting screwed now by the IRS, not from the taxes they are told they owe, but from the outrageous penalties and interests and higher amounts due to the confusing tax codes that the average person has no idea how to get all the proper deductions.

What will happen when the IRS is told they need to collect more taxes to pay for all the new OBAMA progams? What will they do then, think of the all the businesses and private properties with “SEIZED” signs and padlocks on them! Will the IRS go door-to-door performing audits to sqeeze out every penny to pay for the social programs with new penalties and interests? What’s your story, comment below:

President Obama didn’t wait long after Tuesday’s devastating elections to give critics another reason to question his leadership, but this time the subject matter was more grim than a pair of governorships.

After news broke out of the shooting at the Fort Hood Army post in Texas, the nation watched in horror as the toll of dead and injured climbed. The White House was notified immediately and by late afternoon, word went out that the president would speak about the incident prior to a previously scheduled appearance. At about 5 p.m., cable stations went to the president. The situation called for not only his trademark eloquence, but also grace and perspective.

But instead of a somber chief executive offering reassuring words and expressions of sympathy and compassion, viewers saw a wildly disconnected and inappropriately light president making introductory remarks. At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a “shout-out” to “Dr. Joe Medicine Crow — that Congressional Medal of Honor winner.” Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms. Who is advising him?

Anyone at home aware of the major news story of the previous hours had to have been stunned. An incident like this requires a scrapping of the early light banter. The president should apologize for the tone of his remarks, explain what has happened, express sympathy for those slain and appeal for calm and patience until all the facts are in. That’s the least that should occur.

Indeed, an argument could be made that Obama should have canceled the Indian event, out of respect for people having been murdered at an Army post a few hours before. That would have prevented any sort of jarring emotional switch at the event.

Did the president’s team not realize what sort of image they were presenting to the country at this moment? The disconnect between what Americans at home knew had been going on — and the initial words coming out of their president’s mouth was jolting, if not disturbing.

It must have been disappointing for many politically aware Democrats, still reeling from the election two days before. The New Jersey gubernatorial vote had already demonstrated that the president and his political team couldn’t produce a winning outcome in a state very friendly to Democrats (and where the president won by 15 points one year ago). And now this? Congressional Democrats must wonder if a White House that has burdened them with a too-heavy policy agenda over the last year has a strong enough political operation to help push that agenda through.

If the president’s communications apparatus can’t inform — and protect — their boss during tense moments when the country needs to see a focused commander-in-chief and a compassionate head of state, it has disastrous consequences for that president’s party and supporters.

All the president’s men (and women) fell down on the job Thursday. And Democrats across the country have real reason to panic.

President Barack Obama declared the swine flu outbreak a national emergency on Friday October 23, empowering the health secretary to suspend federal requirements and speed up treatment.

His declaration authorizes Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to bypass normal federal regulations so health officials can respond more quickly to the outbreak, which, allegedly, has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States.

“As a nation, we have prepared at all levels of government, and as individuals and communities, taking unprecedented steps to counter the emerging pandemic,” Obama wrote in the declaration, which the White House announced Saturday.

He said the pandemic keeps evolving, the rates of illness are rising rapidly in many areas and there’s a potential “to overburden health care resources.”

Because of vaccine production delays, the government has backed off initial estimates that 120 million doses would be available by mid-October. As of mid-October, only 11 million doses had been shipped to health departments, doctor’s offices and other providers, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials said.

The government now estimates to have about 50 million doses of swine flu vaccine out by mid-November and 150 million in December.

It would appear that President Obama has not been apprised of the real facts of the situation, and has declared the swine flu a national public health emergency. To read the declaration in its entirety, please see this Los Angeles Times article.

The intention of this report is to show you with the government’s own statistics that there appears to be MASSIVE amounts of misinformation and outright deception going on that appear to be designed to panic American people into believing that H1N1 influenza is more serious and widespread than it is.

We are the ONLY major news source that is warning the public about the true extent of this misinformation regarding the true nature of H1N1 swine flu in America. Most of the mainstream media is continuing to spread misinformation.

I am PLEADING with you to pass this information and our website link to as many people as you know. We simply can’t continue to fight the massive media and apparently deceptive government health agencies unless people like you rise up and make your voice known.

Send this link to EVERY person you love or care about. Write them a PERSONAL note that is kind and gentle and ask them to do their homework and seriously evaluate all the evidence before they accept the information being shared by the media, which is potentially being heavily influenced by pharmaceutical interests, as the truth.

Warning!

Once you either listen to the audio or read this article you will most likely be shocked by the extent of how serious this misinformation really is.

So be ready to be surprised.

If a private individual were to spread misinformation like this they would most likely suffer some very serious consequences, perhaps being immediately thrown in prison for conspiracy. But since this is the US government you will not likely see any prosecutions as a result of the distortions we will reveal.
Do you believe President Obama’s promise “not to raise taxes [...]

Do you believe President Obama’s promise “not to raise taxes on the middle class”? Chances are the “Middle Class” won’t pay higher taxes, but WE THE PEOPLE will if Obama’s Health Care Bill passes. Let’s face the facts, The Health Care Bill will cost money, lots of money. That money won’t come from the drug companies or the insurance companies, it will come from the “Every Class” of Americans.

According to the Boston Globe Article “Health cost to rise again”, health insurance rates in Massachusetts are going up an average of 10% this year. The insurance companies are passing the expense of the 2007 Massachusetts Health Care reform to “THE PEOPLE”. Tim O’Brien, senior vice president of Blue Cross Blue Shield’s headquarters of Boson told the Boston Globe “the actual costs have been much higher than what were anticipated when the health care reform went into effect in 2007″.

Our lawmakers must look at the Massachusetts health care reform of 2007 and lean the lesson that government intervention into medicine is an expensive undertaking that we should not attempt. Let’s start by reducing the waste from the fear of malpractice lawyers and set limits to lawsuits, and allow insurance to be sold over state lines. Make the law that pre-existing conditions cannot be a reason to deny insurance and that rates should be reasonable and fair for everyone.

Due to the passing of Senator Kennedy, the Obama administration [...]

Due to the passing of Senator Kennedy, the Obama administration has been pressuring Massachusetts lawmakers to change back a five year old law. In 2004, the Democratic controlled Massachusetts State Government changed the law to prevent then Republican Governor Mitt Romney from having the power to appoint Senators to vacated seats. This change was in the Democrat’s favor to prevent the Republican Governor from appointing a Republican Senator in the event that Senator John Kerry won the Presidency and vacated the Senate seat.

Fast forward five years. Now Washington is pressuring the Massachusetts lawmakers to change the law back to allow now Democratic Governor Deval Patrick to appoint a Democratic Senator to vote for the President’s Health Care Bill.

The debate is not about the law to give the Governor the power to appoint Senators, it’s about the corrupt Democratic Party who pressure lawmakers to change laws to immediately benefit their own party. It was Senator Kennedy who wanted to take the power away from the Republican Governor then, and it was a letter from Senator Kennedy before his death requesting to give the power back to the Democratic Governor now.

State Representative James J. Dwyer (D) had this to say in his press release:

September 16, 2009

Residents of the 30th Middlesex District,

Recently, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Senate lost a great leader and public servant. I respect and admire Senator Edward M. Kennedy’s public service to our country and the sacrifices that his family has made in doing so.

I write today to inform you of my decision with regards to the replacement of Senator Kennedy. Due to the high volume of calls, emails and letters that I have received I decided that it would be proper to make a formal declaration of my stance on this very important issue keeping in mind my commitment to keep open lines of communication with my constituents.

While I was campaigning for State Representative, many of the people I met had one common concern; they wanted the voters to be active in making decisions on issues of vital importance. My pledge during the campaign was that you would have a State Representative that valued the right of all citizens to participate in our democracy by voting for their leaders and representatives.

Over the past month, there has been a fervent debate concerning our representation in the United States Senate and the way in which we will go about making sure our representation will be in place. I have heard from many constituents, leaders within our state government and our Congressman with valid points on both sides of this issue. There are current special election dates that are set with a primary on December 8th and a general election on January 19th. I strongly believe that this is the most responsible course of action in dealing with this vacancy.

We cannot change our election laws at whim for political expediency as it was done in 2004. In my opinion, any change in this election law, at the current time, would be to condone the “business as usual” approach of politics and further weaken the integrity of our political system in the Commonwealth. We must make sure that laws like these are uniform and cannot be changed so easily. I will join with my colleagues in advocating that this particular law be included in the Constitution of the Commonwealth to ensure that situations such as this will not bring the integrity of the process into question.

Please know I understand the necessity for two votes in the United States Senate and the importance of the continuity of constituent services. However, I do not believe that the time for this change is now, not when the vacancy has already occurred. The veracity in which our representatives are sent to Washington must be protected and preserved.
Respectfully,

James J. Dwyer
State Representative
30th Middlesex District

Woburn, Reading, Stoneham
